Technical Materials

The Technical Materials Directorate manages the procurement processes of materials and services required to ensure the continuity of facilities, including maintenance and repair operations. Within this scope, the department is responsible for the procurement of materials and services that do not directly enter the final product but support the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of the business.

From the accurate definition of requirements to the identification of appropriate supply sources, execution of commercial and technical evaluations, contract and purchase order processes, and supplier performance monitoring, all activities are managed through a coordinated, end-to-end procurement process. While adopting a category-based approach, all procurement activities are governed with a focus on transparency, traceability, and risk control.
