Governance and Supplier Sustainability

As the Governance and Supplier Sustainability Team of Kibar Holding Group Procurement, we conduct our activities in line with the principles of transparency, accountability, and sustainability, within the framework of the Kibar Holding Group Procurement Procedure. We adopt an ethical, transparent, and traceable management approach at every stage of the procurement processes.

To strengthen system and process compliance and to ensure continuous improvement across Group Procurement, we implement various enhancement and development initiatives. In this context, we lead the Group Procurement Digital Transformation journey by reinforcing our systems and processes while aligning them with the requirements of the digital era.

Through our K-STAR Supplier Sustainability Program, we aim to enhance the sustainability maturity levels of our suppliers. By supporting our suppliers in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas, we help them fulfill their responsibilities and improve the overall sustainability performance of our supply chain. As a key component of this approach, the K-STAR RISE Supplier Sustainability Training Program has been developed in line with one of the core principles of Kibar Group’s sustainability strategy, “We Encourage Our Stakeholders.” Designed as a comprehensive and digital learning platform, this program supports the ESG development of our suppliers and contributes directly to Kibar Holding’s sustainability goals. Ultimately, it enables us to build a stronger, more responsible, and more resilient supply chain.

Our master data management activities are carried out with great diligence to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, which are critical to enhancing the efficiency of our business processes. These efforts ensure the integrity of Group Procurement data and enable systems, processes, and reporting to function accurately and effectively. By maintaining high-quality data, we contribute to the strong and reliable market position of Group Procurement.
